• Apoyo en contabilidad de cierres de mes.
•  Elaborar diariamente el reporte de cobranza.
• Cobros del día (fecha, número de factura, importe y forma de pago).
• Facturas a contra recibo del día.
• Elaboración de las fichas de depósito de lo cobrado en el día y entregar a la contadora (ese mismo día que se realizó la cobranza, por la tarde).
• Cumplir con las funciones de cobranza (llamadas telefónicas,  avisos, etc.)

• Realizar la correcta toma de datos al momento de recibir la unidad del cliente.
• Responsable de realizar la preparación previa del vehículo antes de entregar al área de taller.
• Responsable de brindar y cotizar al cliente los servicios y ofertas vigentes.
• Responsable de realizar los procesos administrativos una vez que el cliente acepta los servicios a realizar.
• Realizar seguimiento vía telefónica al cliente, para mantenerlo informado del avance de su unidad, así como mantenerlo informado de la fecha de entrega.
